Developing a clear Scope of Work (SOW) can be a major challenge for facility and procurement professionals. Some SOWs are vague and lack critical details; others have requirements that are overly strict or limit the ability for suppliers to bring innovative ideas.

This webinar will identify the (surprisingly simple!) elements of an effective SOW with tangible examples from a variety of projects (e.g., Design/Construction, Facilities & Operations, Business and Professional Services, IT/Software, and more).
