Course Description

Stop settling for RFPs that attract mediocre proposals, create unnecessary risk, and leave you wishing you’d asked better questions.
Join NASPO, the Procurement Professionals Alliance, and the Center for Procurement Excellence (CPE) for this dynamic four-session Virtual Learning Experience and discover how to build RFPs that deliver better competition, better proposals, and better project outcomes.

You’ll learn how to:

  • Develop clear, effective RFPs that encourage high-quality responses.
  • Partner with internal clients to create Statements of Work that define success—not confusion.
  • Strengthen proposer submission requirements, so you receive the information you actually need.
  • Apply proven evaluation best practices that support fair, transparent, and defensible procurement decisions.

Every participant receives a comprehensive digital Course Handbook filled with practical templates, checklists, guides, and tools you can put to work immediately—helping you save time, reduce risk, and improve every solicitation you issue.

Better RFPs don’t happen by chance. They happen by design.
